Roti yang biasa kita makan merupakan salah satu koloid. Koloid adalah salah satu campuran yang terletak di antara larutan sejati dan suspensi. Hampir semua zat dapat berada dalam keadaan koloid, sehingga semua cabang ilmu berkaitan dengan kimia koloid.
