My Essay: Purpose

First I'd like to inform you that this is my assignment, I was asked to make an essay about music. So I made this, this essay is about Justin Bieber's recent album called Purpose. And I think this essay also could be your  music reference. And FYI Purpose album has two cover version (picture below).

Purpose

                        Purpose is the most successful Justin Bieber’s album. Most of the songs in the album become number one in the world. Such as Where Are Ü Now, What Do You Mean?, Sorry, and Love Yourself. It is his fifth album which has been released on November, 13 2015. According to the recent source in the UK, his three songs which are Love Yourself, Sorry, and What Do You Mean? are at the top three in the UK Official Singles Chart. Because of it, he received an award as the first artist in history to hold top 3 positions in the UK Official Singles Chart.

It’s the brand new album of Justin Bieber in his first appearance. Since he didn’t make music from 2013. Also he didn’t appear on the TV or even held the concert. It’s like “come back” album for him. Many sources revealed that when he was in hiatus he was preparing for his new music. While he took a break from the music industry, many bad things happened in his life, which made some people uncertain that he would come back with his new music. But it was wrong, now he has his new album.

            It is differ from his past albums. He makes collaboration with DJ and the genre is different. He makes collaboration with Skrillex and Diplo on Where Are Ü Now. He puts some electronic dance element into his song which makes all of his songs is different with his songs before in 2009 until 2012. He also makes collaboration while he was writing the lyrics for Love Youself with Ed Sheeran. The special thing is he wrote his album by himself, which makes this album very special for his fans. This album is very recommended for you who are curious about the new style of Justin Bieber’s new music. Be ready to feel the taste of his new music and you will be surprised!
